I bought this car about 2 years ago with approximately 200,000 km on it. Drove it for a year and then the engine got screwed up. So I bought a Sunfire of the same year and model and put the engine from that one into mine, that engine had 120,000 km on it when I purchased it. I then after many, many late nights and a lot of money got it running again and had been driving it for another year or so. It started to leak or burn oil, I'm not sure but I had to kept topping it up. Then about a month ago the engine seized on 178 street. The car currently does not start or run but everything is hooked up and inplace, all electronics and everything are good. It has brand new tires in the front (less than a month old), a cd deck, amp, subs, among other things that you can take with it. The engine has not been touched and I haven't even bothered to clean out the inside yet. The car has just been sitting in my driveway for a few months. I'd prefer to sell the entire car but may consider parting out as well. Additionally I have the old engine in my back alley which could be used for parts too. So basically I'm trying to sell two engines, both which may be able to be fixed or used for parts, and a good shell. The body is in pretty good condition and has a few small chips and a crack in the window. Also has brand new tires. I'll post pictures asap. Open to offers but if you want a starting price I'll say $1,500 for everything. Buyer would be responsible for getting it out of my driveway. Main reason I didn't bother trying to fix it up is because I was sick of having old cars with problems so I bought a brand new Mazda 3. :rock :beer

| had a 97 sunfire gt, blew a connecting rod, rebuild was $1600 but the guy who did it doesnt have his shop anymore, that was a few years ago but just kinda as a price guess, again some places charge more than others |
