I have an 88 civic hatch sitting at YellowHead Honda that i want towed to pick-a-part. Does anyone around here take stuff like that for free or if someone wants it they can come tow it out of here.
It's a complete rolling chassis, missing hood, bumper and hatch, headlights and some interior but other than that it's complete. |

I called them first, they pretty much want a car complete that just needs a battery to run. One lady said they'd take it then i called back and someone else said they need a complete car with nothing missing, so i don't see people giving cars away in that condition.
I tried pretty much everyplace in the phone book and they want money just to drive it down the street to the junkyard. I figured if someone needed some parts they could have it for free just take care of the towing. |

?? They picked up one of my old trucks... head was cracked, ignition didn't work cause I yanked the alarm and didn't re-connect the wiring... Interesting..
A couple wreckers should come get it.. won't pay your anything though..

Don't call towing companies, call wrecking yards. Pick-your-part will pay you a bit. |

| the head is cracked. The head is off the car now, it was just sitting here for awhile so i bought it for a few parts that i wanted for my car. It's got that gray vinyl interior that's in pretty good shape. |

| the body is maroon, and it's not rusted it's dented to shit. the doors are good and the fenders but that's about it as far as body panels. I have the hood forsale on another post and a hatch. |

I called a towing company for my grand am.
It was in good condition just a blown headgasket, and he came and took it for free...
Just tell them, I have a car here that no longer runs, come and take it. |

| Also, try calling Adams (its a wrecker) just off 91st. They are going to tow my 85 200sx for free. The engine lit on fire and siezed and they are going to let me nab the wheels, tires, springs and control arms after they tow it. |

| Try calling Waltons salvage, his number is 264-1333. He has towed many cars for me and almost all of them were without engines or interiors. Ask for Harry |
