photo radar question - Click HERE for Original Thread

quite simple actually. I searched and found nothing.

If there are 2 vehicles in the photo radar picture, can you fight the ticket and win under grounds that it may have been the other vehicles speed clocked?

No. But you can fight it on the grounds that the vehicle that was speeding was NOT yours. May, might, etc won't win you a fight.

"Where you speeding."
"Maybe."
"Good enough for me. Pay the fine"

But first, let me ask if you received a photo radar ticket for speeding with 2 vehicles in the photo. Most times they don't even send those out.

X2, i got lucky once!
flew past a photo radar van, flashed, and i thought i got a ticket.

but there was a car directly beside me at that exact moment it flashed. haha 1 free pass.

so i got no ticket in the mail.

There are 2 vehicles in the first picture. My vehicle and another in front of me.

If you're alone in the second, then the frame is obvious and you're vehicle was the one nailed. If you were speeding, accept responsibility and pay the fine

but where is the fun in that? :p

he wants you to be honest and just pay it lol.

i have to say if there was no mandatory rule that made you pay your ticket, kinda like the honor rule, then i wouldnt pay lol.

take it to the courts and see what you can do.
i think there is a phone # on the ticket, maby try calling them and asking what you can do.
