How low can I go? - Click HERE for Original Thread

gtaylor
So im looking into picking up some coilovers, im thinking coils over springs/struts because of the height adjustment because this has to be my 1/2 winter car

1.5 inch or 1 inch
any particular suspension recommendations?

thanks in advance

EK9Hatch
Either will be fine. 1.5 inches isn't that low at all.

Another thing to remember though, is with coil-overs, everytime you change the ride height you will need to get your car realigned.

Blaine B.
Tein Basics or Super Streets
Maybe Megan Racing, depends on your budget. That will dictate the quality.

ChromeDragon
That's your winter car? And the Bimmer is your summer car? Why don't you just load a bunch of your suitcases of money into the car, that should lower it nicely.

The Drop is about 1.4 all around and of course adjustable.
Could use it for winter, but might just use a beater.
