The last couple of days I have been messing around with Ubuntu and I have been having a blast with it, considering I'm a total nub when it comes to other OS's than Windows...
So far I have been able to get everything working other than the sound on my capture card for watching cable, I get awesome picture.. just no sound from the tv program.
I can watch/rip/burn dvd's.
I can play my Windows games.
I can listen to/rip/burn music.
I can use yahoo/msn.
I can go out on the net and not have to wonder if my anti-virus is going to pitch a fit next time I reboot from virus's.
Best of all is this!
BERYL!!!
I just about crapped myself when I saw it for the first time..
Anyone else here use Ubuntu or linux? |
