For Z Club members that were going to slalom at our Namao double-header (July 28th-29th),
This is a reminder that the deadline for registration and prepayment is tonight (July 19th) at midnight!
You must email your info required by Namao security to Andrew (as per our club website link) by tonight, or you won't get on next weekend.
For those that didn't get prepayment in on time, that just means you pay a slightly higher fee on the day off the event. But as long as you've registered you'll get in.

Hey Jason,
I need to withdraw from tomorrows event. My Alternator has decided to not put out anymore. As the saying goes.. Put out or get out.
I am not sure I can get a new one before 9:00 am tomorrow morning and be at the base before the start. Most places open around 9:00 am on a Sunday.

Oh well.. These things happen Mike. There's still a few more race dates on our schedule this year.
Z Club attendance was pretty lousy yesterday, just Mahesh & I. And 18-20 Miata members and a few guests.
Hopefully there will be more Z guys out today. |

Hey Jason,
A quick run to the parts store and I was up and running. I was at the base at 11:30 am ish.
I was able to pass tech and run with group 1 in the afternoon. :D
I think I did alright for the first time. Lost complete control once, and drilled about 6 Pylons in total for all my runs. Best time was 1 min 43 seconds.
Worst time was 1 min 55 seconds. That was the run I lost total control. Sure my time hurt, but man was that fun! :D
I now realize I need to upgrade a few parts in my rear suspension. It seems the car likes to pivot on the front tires. :(
