4th Gen lude with a 5th gen H22? - Click HERE for Original Thread

JasonX
It seems easy to get information about B swaps. What about 4th gen swaps. I have a 92 lude that has a H23 (i think), pre v-tech. 5th Gens look about the same size but I'm sure if this was even possible, the tranny would need to go with it. Just wondering about this. Thoughts?

Pre v-tech? I don't know; those phones have been around for a while. :D

I'm sure the swap is do-able

check out Honda-Tech.com
but use the SEARCH before you put up a new post....you will be flamed to shit!

But my personaly opinion, don't waste your money on the swap...just turbocharge your H23 :D

try not to get cocky

if you had read my post correctly, my reference to the SEARCH button is related to using HONDA-TECH

there is little to NO need to use the search button on V8Less
if I were telling him to search V8Less, I would've put "USE THE SEARCH BUTTON" BEFORE I referred him to honda-tech

JasonX: again, use the search on HT before you go asking/posting up a question that could have potentially been covered 10-15 times over (I kid you not)

If you want vtec then swap in a 93-95 SRV engine.....you have the same body style and both are OBD-1....hookups to the dash harness should be identical. You would just need the full engine harness and ecu out of the SRV....easy swap as far as swaps go.

4th gen h22a vtec would be an ideal swap..
available from 92-96
