Alpine for decks, JL Audio for subs, amps.

I'm also a fan of PG products.

And I am quite sure that Alpine has no relation to Sony.

HJr

There are so many stereo shops around here, everyone will give you a different opinion. "Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one."

Why not sign up for the v8less discount card and try Certified? I haven't heard any good or bad stuff about them yet. Their Whyte Ave store is nice and clean and no sales pressure from their staff. General consensus is to stay away from International Ripoff Stereo.

canadiansentra
Certified is great, My friends Dad works there and I've gotten great deals even before I mentioned that I new him. Both the Downtown and Whyte ave locations are great but Whyte has more displays and is a lot bigger.
Panasonic has some nice decks but so does Clarion in my opinion.
Orion and JL's are great subs

Hey guys what's up,
Yes another newbie right here. Just to add a quick comment I've heard and had nothing but positive experiences at the location on Whyte. The staff is knowledgeble and they don't pressure you. Well just a short comment cause you guys are going to be seeing a lot more of me in the future.

Who cares?? Just go faster! :P

I like JL for subs, Alpine for amps, and pioneer headunits.. but I'm not a big stereo buff... systems weigh too much.. :P
