I heard about them building one, and then saw them doing all that digging and such at the SCC

anyone got any info on anything about the road course?

It will be made and the first runs WILL be this year. I believe after they build it, they will let it set for 2 months before use.

That sounds about right. If they actually do get it made, and then let it sit for 2 months, the first event should be in what...... December?

Just to add to the rumour mill, I heard they we going as far as rebuilding the bed for the dirt road course for now. Haven't heard anything about actually paving the thing.

I figure by the time i have kids, and they ascend through the karting ranks, the Bud park road course should be ready just in time for them to start running Formula Fords. :D :fingersx:

actually they are building it and it's completion date is scheduled for the end of June (next yr. hehe) sometime, I think I'd know cause ahhh I work there, so unless you talk to Fred or other managerial staff on a regular basis, you're talking out of your ass :D
