| I need a 2.5" IDE to USB adapter, dropped my laptop and won't power on and need to retrieve the info off the hard drive.. if anyone has one i'm willing to buy it off you or if i can use it for a few minutes i'll throw you $10 or so... |

| Thanks man! Went to Memory Express but they were closed and I need to get a file off the HD today. I will head to BB and get the enclosure, didn't even think of that.. thanks again! |

np. They suck though. Your drive will overheat in a heartbeat if you don't watch it. So make sure you have good ventilation, and I'd set up a fan or something if you have one blowing into the intake vents to help keep airflow. |

| are the vantecs aluminum? I thought that kept the heat down? |
