| Need Shocks! Car dips too much under throttle, any suggestions? - Click HERE for Original Thread |

Hello!
Last year I installed the H&R Cup Kit in my 325i. I was very happy with the suspension because it was low but still very comfortable. After I install the Turbo last Winter I have the problem that under WOT the car dives to much in the rear. The result is extrem negativ camber and no traction.
Any suggestions which shocks would work better? I was looking for some Koni adjustalbes but they are pretty expensive winkie I only found them on Vac Motorsport for $1700.
Thanks for the help! |

| You need to upgrade the spring rate of your springs, not the stiffness of your dampers. |

| After a weekend researching I want to install the rear camber and toe adjustment kit first. That should help a lot. |

That won't help the suspension dropping when you hit the throttle. Your springs need to be a higher rate to counter the throttle inputs. |

But the problem right now is that I already have -3° rear camber. When I set this to -.5° or maybe 0° that would help a lot. It doesn't fix the problem but it would be a differnce of 3° camber. When I would install new springs and shocks I still would have the -3° and now traction.
And the adjustment kit is much cheaper than a new suspension. :D |
