I've had mine done since about a week after I picked up the car. Troy at 'The Showroom' did my 3m and window tint. I winter drive and have been through 3 winters with it. I had the bumper, headlights, hood/quarter strip, mirrors, rockers, and behind the back wheels done. In general I like it. However it is harder to clean dirt, but easier for bugs. It does mark up with rock hits (and cones) and once marked you can't really do to much with it. My rockers just in front the back wheels have a slight haze due to this. Also, on a big rock hit it will cut, stay away from these with a pressure sprayer, I dug paint out though one and learnt this one the hard way. I think that the above may sound too negative, but I'm positive my car would look miles worse without it considering how easy the paint chips where the film isn't. I've got chips above my front window and on the rear spoiler (nismo replica), so I'd consider a strip there too.
I generally go to the z car club meetings and events if you'd like to see 3+ years of daily driving on 3m. |

| Aero Car Parts is another highly regarded place to get 3M. They are a site sponsor here and Z Club friendly too. |

I have seen 2 installs done at Aero (while in progress and after).
They do excellent work. I would get mine done there if I was in the market.
 for Rick and his crew.
