It's an awesome swap. Very simple and a lot of aftermarket. Can make great power with boost or on motor. I'm making 216 whp and 184 wtq with mine- naturally aspirated.

Further with the availability of the early 2.4L at the u-pull-it yards and stock srt-4 parts, you can get upwards of 300 whp reliably for around $2000. Spend a little more on a better turbo and those internals are good to 450+ whp.

Regardless of route it's by far the best (some would say the only) way to make real power in a neon.
