FS: 1983 Mazda RX-7 Turbo - Click HERE for Original Thread

QBuilt
Hi all,
Ive decided that I may be selling my car. I feel very bad about it but I need the space and have different priorities now. There are still things I wanted to do to the car but time and money is an issue. So here we go…

83 Mazda Rx-7 12a Turbo
Car is very fast and handles very well

NOTE: I just added up all the reciepts for everything Ive ever purchased for this car right down to hose clamps and the total is over $5000. This does not include all parts bought from private sellers.

Suspension/ Brakes:
Tokico Illumina 5-way adj. just installed on all 4 corners
Camber plates installed and laser alignment just performed
Poly bushings for every location in suspension (not installed yet, plan on doing this soon)
Hawk hps pads
Stainless Braided lines
Suspension Techniques front sway bar with poly links
Tires still approx. 60-70% remaining
New front wheel bearings and rotors
Both front calipers have been replaced

Engine/Drivetrain:
12a Rotary Engine( just replaced, current engine is not original and has been rebuilt)
Weber 45 DCOE Sidedraft carburetor with Racing Beat upper & lower manifolds
Walbro efi fuel pump
Custom built carb box for turbo charge pipe inlet
New Front mount Intercooler
Full MSD ignition (6A box, 2 blaster 2 cdi coils, 1 canister type blaster 2 coil)
Locked Distributor
Custom manifold spacer/ 2nd gen S4 turbo
Turbosmart manual boost controller( brand new)
2.75 inch downpipe with New 3inch over axle exhaust, just installed
Massive 3" Magnaflow muffler just installed, sounds awesome
Different trannmission just installed (2nd gear syncro was bad on the other, current trans shifts much better and feels great)
Brand new metal 3/8 fuel lines for Feed and Return
Aeromotive RRFPR 1:1 rated for 1000hp and mega fuel flow ( totally overkill) but works great!

Interior:
Sparco sprint seats
Autometer EGT, Boost,
Aem Wideband
Sparco shift knob and pedals
Im know there is stuff im forgetting, but I just cant remember. I also have lots and lots of spare parts if anyone is interested.

This car has been my "spare time car" for about 5 years. Ive always had something to do to it, even if it didn’t need anything. I just love to tinker. I think anyone as mechanically inclined as myself would really enjoy this car. It’s a Raw, Fast, Simplistic car. It is carbureted so NO this car is not as drivable or user friendly as some might expect. The car reacts differently to ambient temps and pressures, but the tune of the car right now is quite good.

I am asking $7000obo
