Most Dsm's you find these days are banged up but this car has been babied and spoiled with the most expensive fluids and top of the line parts. I know I am not gonna get all the money i invested in it but take my word you wont find a 2g dsm with this milege runnin at this good of a condition, comon down for a test drive and see for your self CHEERS |

I happened to see the car you were about to buy, and first of all its not in better mechanical condition, it has more miles than my car and it use to be a write off. How were you to even judge the mechanical condition of my car since you never even seen it in person so if you were lookin to spend 8000, I suggest looking for an older civic with high kms |

Obviously you are refering to my car? :dunno: I also saw your car and let me tell you its not in the best condition, it has rattle can spraybomb all over the rear, it leaks oil among other things. At least my car was priced fairly and was in far better condition, it had only 3000 more km on it the yours and didnt leak oil. This is why i had no problems selling my car and you are having great difficulty selling yours. Please dont try to compare the two cars as mine was far and away a better car, at least thats what i was told by the people who saw yours then came and saw mine :beer: |

- the milege on your car was 144 xxx and mine is 137 xxx that makes your car having 7000 more miles than mine and NOT kms so dont even try pulling off that trick and learn how to subtract.
- your car was in a bad accident and was written off because it was rolled/totalled and was unfit to be driven safely then was fixed using parts from another junked out eclipse haha and your actually serious saying your car is in better condition than mine you must be on crack
-if my car did really leak oil like you claim i wouldn't let people take it to be inspected yet am encouraging people to do so, get your facts straight.

why would you need other people to tell you how good of a condition my car was in compared to yours when you could clearly tell your self if you had seen mine in person like you claim, next time you wonna makeup shit at least take the time to do it right and not contradict your self.
and to all people looking at this thread and dont know whats going on with the paint on the rear quarter panel on my car, a small area had been slightly sanded down by ME because some moron used spray paint on the metal as an act of vandalism. The area with the paint that never came off was sanded down. I was planing to get the whole panel repainted but i must sell now to pay off tuition. I even took pictures of it, it clearly shows yet its not even that noticable.
The sale is currently pending on the car thanks to everyone that came and looked at it but its still up for viewing and am still accepting offers. Goold luck everyone |

Dont you remember coming to try to buy the oil pan off of my wrecked eciplse because yours was leaking oil? :dunno: What about all the little things that you wanted from the interior because yours were broken? My car had 140568 KM on it when i sold it last week so im not really sure where you get 144xxx miles from? Maybe you should return to grade 3 math and try again. And yes i did see your car in person, i was actually shocked that you were actually asking as much as you are for the car considering its not very clean and its not even a turbo but to each their own i suppose. |

sama4g63. Obviously you know nothing in regards of Write Off's becoming re-certified do you? The inspection that the write-off's have to go thru are alot harasher than an out of province or an insurance inspection. Every last inch is checked, messured. And ZERO rust. My friend saw your Eclipse back when, and your car would've failed the inspection before making it onto the lift; in my opinion with the rust showing and spray bombed areas of where paint was missing (but the spray bombing wouldn't have failed it in write off inspection).
What would a person want? A car that have bolts within 1mm of Write-off inspection specs, ZERO rust, full allignment perfect, Or a car with rust and that doesnt meet the highest standards of inspections available? In my opinion, I would choose the recertified write-off cause I know that car is alot of safer than the same car joe blow is selling.
Another thing, best part of recertified write-offs... (in my opinion that is), they are cheaper to buy cause of they were a write-off. So for a lower price, you get a car that is fixed up, no oil leaks, no rust, no engine lights on, basically new if not new brakes on the car. and a car that had to pass the hardest inspection there is to pass. I think that is a big bonus all there!
But this is just my opinion on things. Like its nearly impossible to sell a $6000 truck for $21,000. Another opinion or mine; Or in my opion, its wrong for a person to try to steal a $5 dash insert piece for their car from a Body Shop ;-)

Sama, its a decent looking car.
But you're going to be holding on to it for a while if you try to sell it for 10 grand.
People arn't willing to spend that much on a car that is essentially a sebring with a neon engine.

Everybody wants a good deal on cars but the seller also needs to get what they think the car is worth. i will not price my car based on other peoples opinions or yet claims. The truth is I was ver passionate about this car and I still am. I changed oil my self every 1000 miles, inspected the car reguarley and I would change parts ahead of their expiry time just to be on the safe side. The car was babied and that is worth something. Their may be a small flaw with the paint on the rear quarter panel but that was not my fault yet i still take responsibilty for it and I am willing to fix it before any transaction is made for a cheap price if needed. I am sure your all smart individuals and would overlook a small flaw like that when compared to the condition that the engine is in, after all thats all that matters when you own a car is how it is running and how reliable it is. I have receipts to prove everything, not like most sales you wont have to spend a penny after you purchase this car because it is priced accordinglty to the condition it is in. And svt28 stop posting on my thread your lengthy messages are pointless and out of topic I am not gonna waste my time and argue with you so just find another thread to post in if your looking for attention and like I said there is a sale pending but am still accepting offeres in case the deal crashes and will obviously sell to the highest offer I get. GL:thumbup: P.S I am not looking for an AWD Dsm but since you mentioned it you're correct but your talking about talons, awd eclipses go for more. |

ok ,so i test drove this car yesterday and i will say its in mint condition,it doesnt leaks and burns oil ,and the front bumper paint is not that bad the car is in very good condition, and its very clean from the inside and the outside , the only problem is i dont have enought money, but what any one who he will buy this car he will not be disappointed. sama good luck with sell.

I believe all 2g eclipses were imported from the states and read in miles. You sold your car when it had 140568 miles on it thats approx 224908.8 km, I hope the person you sold this car to knew the real milege on it.
