Looking to install a tach on a friends 1997 Neon, already have the tach im just wondering where i would find a tach wire under the hood to hook onto.

it's not as easy as that.. you need some signal adaptor thingy.. I can't remember the proper name.. It's like $5o or so. I think for the dyno it was the middle one they conected to.

| Actually it should be real easy on that car, no additional parts required. The tach signal wire can be gotten at a 3 pin plug right on the top of the motor. Either the Dark Blue/Tan wire or the Black/grey wire should work for you but I suggest the Black/Grey |

| Blue/grey wire under the dash (by the cluster). Just splice and it's good to go. |
