Residential Neighborhood - Click HERE for Original Thread

95civicguy
I m curious if it is agains the law to pass in a residential neighborhood, I am asking because my grandmother was turning into her driveway, and a younger girl driving a saturn tried to pass her, but passed on the side that my grandmother was signalling towards (no idea why) and struck my grandma, causing both vehicles to spin up onto the lawn. The police said it was 100% the other woman's fault, the insurance company was saying at first that it was 50/50, then changed it to 100% the other party's fault, and when an injury claim was put in, they changed it back to 50/50 saying there was no proof to say my grandmother shoulder checked. So now I get to the point, if it IS in fact against the law to pass in a residential neighborhood, then whether or not she shoulder checked is a moot point really.

thanks for all the help guys!
