Has anyone been to the new IKEA at South Edmonton Common???...
Holy crap its huge...Traffic there is mad too and they need cops to direct the traffic in and out of there...Damn, its easy to get lost in that place...There's 2 levels of furnishings,a cafe, restaurant AND a Swedish bistro...The next time I go, i'm bringing a scooter or something...Walking is not an option when you go to this place...
-_-

it's been a long standing fantasy of mine to try either laser tag or paintball in an ikea, with the furniture still there and stuff

redbaron303

Did you guys notice that this location is now managed by an asian brother? Finally... Swedes design the stuff, but it's actually made in Asia, has been for a decade.

The new IKEA sure has good food! Try the meatballs, the Swedish Chef made them himself- BORK BORK!

:puke:

Almost
I work there, and it's pretty cool.

I've had a lot of jobs and this place actually treats me like a human.

good luck with the paintball, security usually takes about 10-20 seconds to converge on a location.

do you really want to be banned from the place for life? No modern woman will ever marry you if you can't get inside their Holy Meca of furniture shopping :)

you could always just give them your credit card and set them free out there. but, then again, that would be worse than handing your wife the keys to your wheels

All praise the mighty allen key. I'm pretty sure if Ikea could market a modular house, you'd be putting it together with an allen key.

redbaron303
"THe house of the future, comes fully equiped with furnature and everything... all you need to do it bolt it all together using your trusty allen key..."

The next marketing gimic... cheap housing, if you put it together yourself...

Pro Drag
Habitat's for Humanity in a Box.

Some assembly required. :D
