Called them the other day for some Ray's lugnuts that would fit my NSX.
Guy on the phone was awesome. They didn't have any with my thread pitch in stock, but he said with a deposit he could source some for me that day.
I was calling from work, and couldn't put down a deposit. He said, well, don't worry about it, just come by after work.
Showed up there at 5:45 or so, chatted for a bit and left with a decent price on my lugnuts.
I was very happy with the service, and they're definately on my call list for parts!
