| i was driving down calgary trail right around the scona high school where there was a photo radar van parked. i was 50km/h when some guy passes by me going 70+. is photo radar all electronic so the computer decides who was speeding, or is it the guy sitting in the van that decides who was speeding? this was around rush hour, so there were about 5 cars or so in the picture as well |

Is it obvious that your car was the one primarily photographed? ie centered in both pictures? |

i was in the far left lane when the picture was taken, so i probably blocked the view of every other car(although they can be seen in the background) |

i havent actually gotten any tickets yet. i just noticed the radar van flashed when i looked in my rear view mirror.
the last time something similar to this incident happened to me, i never got the ticket, so im hoping its kinda like the same thing |

| about 8-9 years ago I got one on 107 ave and like 60st or something. same thing a guy went passed me and it flashed sending me the ticket. wasn't worth taking the time off so I paid it, but it sure pissed me off.:mad: |

i think the same thing might happen to me...:(
kinda makes me think weather they just send it to whoever they see in the picture, or everybody they can find in the picture in the hopes that someone would pay |
