| Just an update to this since I never gave one. After this thread I decided to let Rick remove the tint from my car and he did agree to pay Super Tint $120 out of his own pocket. Nice of him but I still had to pay almost $400 of my own money to get it done again. Super Tint was awesome and did a fantastic job. They did have to charge me to remove stuff that Aero Car Parts missed. All in all I don’t think I will ever go back to Aero Car Parts again. I really have nothing against Rick and hope he has fixed this problem so know one else has to go through what I went through. |

Our g35 coupe was tinted through ercisen and had scrapes and bubbles in it. I took it off and we didnt say anything cause my dad is friends with the owner of ericsen. It took me forever and a bottle of googone to remove that shit. I havent found the service at ericsen to have gone down recently.. Although in recent years they're quotes for servicing/repairs have been more and more underestimated... like WAY underestimated. aka 700 dollar servicing turns into a 1200 on our last service.
E-Z does good tint I have to say. They tinted my boat and there's a few tiny bubbles and they painted the corners (no edgine or something) but overall it was good considering the windshield was so curbed.. That's all I'd go there for though. haha. Well I'd actually never go there again regardless.
Glad to see you got your tint. New red paint and tints looks sexy! |

He JUST gave an update on what happened.
Just now. So it may have been resolved a while back, but no one knew that. |

oh okay. well then, i have had 3 vehicles tinted at aero car parts in the past 3 years and have been extremely happy with the service i have recieved. all the tint jobs were excellent, and the price was reasonable and done in the time promised. sorry to hear that mr.rage had a bad experience, but, i would definately go back and recommend them to friends or anyone on this board.
have been meaning to post this, just took a while. thought i would let everyone know that. |

That’s great for you. The reason I posted it is to give information. I'm glad Rick learned from his mistakes. I am not taking shots at him or anything like that. I was asked about it a few days ago and I never gave and explanation of what happened. I’m also glad I learned from this also. |

It was his kneejerk reaction to someone giving Aero a POSITIVE feedback review just the other day.

but my feedback is relative to this one.
looking through aero's feedback i see 3 negative feedback threads. all the same guy, all the same incident. to the point where one got locked. he could have added his update to his other thread, but chose to start a new one. i just chose to add a comment to his thread, rather than start yet another one on the same topic.
again mr.rage, it really sucks about your experience, i am glad you are happy with your tint now. i am looking forward to reading a positive feedback thread from you about supertint. but i am over hearing about your negative experience at aero, thanks for the update, but it's time we all move on....... alright....... good talk...... see you out there. |

WTF Jason? I really am not trying to be an ass. And the comment was a joke between me and Steve. Maybe if you were at a meet this year you would know Steve (GOT SE-R) talk about this from time to time. And really I added to this thread to show that Rick paid money out of his own pocket. I don't get why I am being bashed for this. Not like I started a new post or anything. Just updating an old thread. Everyone saw it before and now they have an end to it. |
