Day2- same ole..
Day3- took a really big dump after breakfast feels like im missing osmething inside...
day5- nothing spectacular been pooping everyday

I bought a "cleansing kit" from GNC last fall. It had one "multi-purpose" bottle and one "colon" bottle. It was a 2 week cycle.
After the 2 weeks I felt a bit better, but it wasn't anything significant.

Hey guys,
Why waste all that money on some pixie dust. Why not buy the 4L jug of what ever it is you need to drink with in 24 hrs before you get a colonoscopy? It is some super laxative that empties your colon very quick.
I do not recall the name of it, but I think it is very inexpensive to buy.

It needs to be sprayed and sucked out..... shitting doesnt clean out your colon completely. |

This is why I made reference to the stuff doctors reccomend you to take before going into a colonoscopy. That is a very effective way to clean out your colon. You are right, crapping with out any other way to help it along is useless and does not clean out your bowel nor colon.
You can just walk up to the pharmacist and ask for the stuff you need for a colonoscopy. It is an OTC and usually comes in a 4 L clear Jug.
