We are about to renovate the house and sell it for $480 000. But i thought i would post it here for $450 000 Firm before renovations really get underway.
It is a 1860 Square Foot House
Stucco exterior
3 Bedrooms upstairs including a master with a bathroom with both a shower and a big bath tub in it, 2 sinks.
Oak cabinets, handrails, etc.
Laminate flooring on the first floor, installed this year.
Laminate flooring in the basement is currently being installed.
the basement is probably another 600-700 sq feet ontop of the 1860.
This house is about 15 years old, built with quality materials, not rushed and built by underqualified workers like all the new houses being built.
renovations to come are new paint, new carpet upstairs, and a little bit of drywall work in the basement.
