Reason for selling: Trying to free up some money, I Bought it at the beginning of the year to use over summer and will be parking it over the winter. I Would rather sell it than see it depreciate in value over the winter.

I bought this car at Yellowhead honda as a dealer loaner and have only put 3500km on it since. It hasn't been in any accidents and is in very good condition. If I can't sell it for close to my asking price I will be keeping it and drive it next year.
