| watched it at overtime just on the corner of gateway and calgary trail south, by the earls. Was pretty impressed with the crowd, atmosphere and the bigscreens. Loved the coture fight |

The fight with the blood was a prelim fight with David Heath and Renato "Babalu" Sobral. Heath had a big cut on his forehead and Babalu was grounding and pounding like crazy. The blood was literally flying off Heath like a horror movie. It was a bit of a controversial end though, as Sobral sunk in a sweet Anaconda Choke and held it for 3 seconds after Heath tapped until he went unconscious. The crowd wasn't too pleased about it and boo'd him pretty bad. Rumour has it that Babalu felt disrespected when Heath was walking around Vegas wearing a shirt with the mugshot from Babalu's recent run-in with the law.
I saw him holding it after the tap, but that happens occasionally (even BJ Penn held Pulver too long). Not the smartest thing to do, but I don't know if it warrants the Nevada State Athletic Commission holding back $25,000 of his purse.
