We currently have 9 cars at our house, so it's time to do some fall/pay for school/free up some room cleaning.
It's a 1985 Corolla GT-S Coupe located in Edmonton. It has 300K on the chasis and 180K on a 4ag from an MR2.
The Good:
-Well maintained, new oil every 3000km, MT90 tranny oil
-Very reliable, no issues to speak of
-Very clean interior (see pictures)
-Front end subframe welded in (see pictures)
-No rust on rear shock towers or frame (see pictures)
-Rocker panels in good shape
-Pulls strong
-TVIS disabled
-Re-done front and rear bumpers
-Good condition winter tyres on supras
-CD Player
-Sunroof
The Bad:
-Body has minor imperfections and surface rust (nothing major or past surface)
-Needs a new horn (Princess auto or the wreckers)
-Burns a small amount of oil (1 litre per oil change)
-Needs headlight pop-up relay (lights just stay up as it sits)
The car has been picture perfect for as long as I've owned it, and would make an ideal winter car, project car, or daily driver. The car is currently stock with the exception of the engine and the front subframe. The engine pulls well up to redline. The syncros are fading on the downshift from 3rd to 2nd, but you'll have no issues if you can rev-match. The MT90 has helped that issue as well. The car needs nothing as it sits, is currently registered and ready to go. I have 5 shelves in my garage overflowing with ae86 parts that can go with the car if the buyer wants. Everything from headers to tail lights to trunk lids, ecus, alternators, etc etc.

Nope, unfortunately not. Dropping a freshly rebuilt 5mge in her. It'll be the wife's DD for the time being. |

ahh, good rebuild will liven that engine up a lot. i rebuilt my 82 motor and it picked up quite a bit of power. was all stock except having the whole engine rebalanced and micropolished the crank. revved way smoother and faster. and actually got much better mileage too, lol.
