power options or no?
what happened to the bumper?

c1rca2
Unfortunately no power, the guy before me didnt like the bumper on the 90's so he was trying to change it to the 92 style. I was told you can buy clips for the side skirts to match but i never looked into it, if anyone knows can they let me know?

c1rca2
Bumpp

viethalferxxx
wat do u mean by no power? u mean windows? also how loud is the muffler? loud enuff to get pulled over alot? an mite you have receits to prove the new engine?

Rhys
would you take 1800 for it

silvertable58
i;ll buy yuor safc2

scott240
where are you located?

c1rca2
-Yeah it has no power windows or locks, the muffler is quite loud but i've never had a problem with being pulled over for it.

-No i wont take $1800 for it.

-I dont want to get rid of the safc2 sorry.

-Im located in edmonton

c1rca2
Decided to keep the car mods please lock thread

viethalferxxx
haha a direct man answered every question nice ow the reciets?

c1rca2
Lol no sorry i dont have the receipts, and i've decided to keep the car unless i get an amazingly high offer haha

Prudz_lude
honestly i have no clue why. When i saw your car there was a reason i only drove it around a safeway parking lot. the car has some issues that need to be fixed. 500 dollars would be what your car is worth at most.

I am not trying to be a dick but this is why you can't find a good condition 240 for a fair price anymore. Market got flooded with 180s and it caused 240s that are worth 500 to shoot up into the thousands.

c1rca2
You dont know what your talking about i just went and got it inspected the day after you drove it theres nothing wrong with it the guy said a bearing is slowly wearing down in my clutch and in half a year i might have to replace the clutch thats it. He told me not to sell it because it will last me forever.

Prudz_lude
 nothing is wrong when the clutch is almost sitting on the floor hey. OKKKKKKK:thumbup:

slave cylinder and clutch fluid come to mind...

c1rca2
okayy lol clutch fluid is full and slave cylinder is fine its a bearing slipping and its going to still last me half a year its a huge fix and even if something was recently going to go wrong with the clutch its a 300 dollar fix haha

viethalferxxx
i dont think you would get anything much of a high ofer its only a 240

c1rca2

c1rca2

Buy a compression tester at Canadian Tire or Princess Auto for under $20, then do a DIY search on the internet. You should be able to do a compression test yourself in under an hour with a little reading first.

GL with the sale!

fredster102
I used to own this car, it runs great, the motor is awesome , the synchros in the gears are fine too , this car doesnt burn oil iether , the clutch and clutch bearing are still under warranty, i replaced the clutch , pressure plate and bearing before i sold the car , so they cant be that bad.
