| What do you guys take (if anything) before working out to get you pumped up. I know there are a large variety of products out there and I know many don't really do much, while others are great. |

I used the MuscleTech stacker kit for a bit and I found it worked pretty good.
The kit consists of Creakic, Gakic and Leukic. Its all in Pill form, but you need to get used to taking pills. You take 16-20 pills on workout days.
I've also used No-Xplode from BSN, it works great too.
If you are poor or don't like taking supplements, you can get the same boost of energy naturally by loading up on carbs and adding a bit of sugar into the mix.

nanovapor, that muscletech stuff (can't believe I'm actually recommending a muscletech product, esh)..... best stuff on the market right now.
Stronger than Superpump and won't give you the shits, has a wicked come down though, so be prepared to feel wiped out a few hours later.
Nanovapor > Superpump > BSN > all the other Nox/crea products. |

Yeah, my brother uses Nanovapor. He says it's the best stuff he has used (He's really hardcore into working out and supplements). I'll try some of his stuff some day. I bought some stuff but it does nothing. Owell, never know till you try I guess. I'm trying to lose weight as well though (although, not much now). Will nanovapor make me gain weight? |

I'll have to check that out. (I know what you mean about the Muscletech products though) At least it's from word of mouth though, not a 5 page paid advertisement. |

No, if you gain any weight it will be muscle mass.
I just use caffine pills and take arginine, 6-9g of arginine daily helps when working out or any cardio, it improves your vascularity but small doses in the Nitric Oxide suppliments are less effective thats why they put more stimulants in to give you that "energized" rush. |

I used Weiders Fruit Splash Whey Protein. Best tasting I've found and I can just put it in juice and shake it and it blends perfectly. It's so powdery, its like flour. All the other kinds I've used before I would have to blend them and they still become bitsy and clumpy.

| Gatorade and ephedrine/caff mix (24mg/200mg respectivly). If you get a chance to eat an hour before have an Isolate shake (Syntrax nectar is to die for). |

Not everyone who uses steroids is an abuser.. some actually plan their cycle for years before pining their first time. Some have a perscription for it (I have been on HRT since 21). Its funny how people like to bash protien shakes and supps but meanwhile have no idea what their daily caloric intake is or should be, or how many calories from fat are in their diet.

There are quite interesting reads in the steroid section of Bodybuilding.com. Im not anti-steroid, lots of people arent educated about them. We only see what the media portrays about them.
I have no idea about my caloric intake or anything like that... haha but Ive noticed since I upped my protein and calories (3 Muscle Milk Shakes a day) Ive put on some good mass. |

Actually the 3 KG Boxes of chicken have gone up since last year. They are $31.99 a box now I believe. Its only about $5 cheaper than Safeway now.

| I'm not a nutritionist but I have taken nutrition classes in University and the advice about 1.5g/lb body weight is not healthy. It is very hard on the kidneys and liver. You recycle the equivalent of a 3oz chicken brest worth of protein a day. if you are beginning to train then the max you should be taking is 1.5g/kg of body weight, for serious athletes it is between 0.8-1.2g/kg body weight. The only people that can actually benefit from 1g/lb or more of protein would be immunocomprimised people like HIV/Aids or cancer patients |

There's this product that similar to Superpump 250, called Shock Therapy, by Universal Nutrition.
I've been using it for about 2 months now. It's amazing. Always lasts to the end of my workouts. Mad pumps too! Concentration! Tastes good too :) I can't even take two scoops, too intense!
Try it some time. It's from the US. It's expensive but lasts a long time. Peace! |
