Here's my story, as almost every one on this site knows, i blew my clutch (this thread is not to bitch about said occurance). through a connection at work i ordered an exedy twin disc through these guys exactly two weeks ago from today. it was supposed to be shipped out last monday. wanting my car back on the road i called to follow up with these guys starting last thursday. (clutch was supposed to be here last weds). after getting the run around on the phones i finally find out that it hasn't been ordered and is supposed to be ordered monday and be here weds (again). wedsday came and went and i did not see my clutch. i called the guy who is supposed to be in charge there, marco, and he repeatedly ignored my calls (i am certain he was ignoring me because he didn't answer any calls from a 780 area code but when i called him from my 310 area code cell he answered) I was told on weds by an employee there that my clutch was being held up in customs. I called exedy directly to see if they shipped anything out for the company, negative. so i sent marco a text message asking him for a tracking number on the clutch, no reply. i then texted him saying that if the part has not been ordered to let me know so that i can order a different clutch myself from someone who can get it to me in a decent time as i have not drivin my car in a month now. again no reply. finally i call him the next morning and the minute i introduce myself on the phone he tells me that i am an ignorant F*&king @$$hole for texting him like that and that he dosn't want to do business with me. outraged by his comments i told him what i thought of him in a very unprofessional manner and hung up on him. let this be a warning to all. no matter what kind of deal these guys offer you. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
with any luck i should have a clutch from japan in a week or two. in the meantime every one can blaime marco and magnus motorsports for me bitching about not having a clutch.:mad: |

We prefer emails over phonecalls, because of our hectic and busy schedules. Leave us at least 2 days to get back to you. If you don't get a response, pick up the phone and call our ass!
Keep your questions short and sweet if you expect an answer, novels will be ignored. General tech questions regarding other people products will be ignored. Make sure you don't get nailed by the spam bot!

forgot to mention. 3 ignored e-mails from my parts manager. i left them plenty of time to get back to me as anxious as i was. i knew exatly what part i wanted and thats all i ordered. there is no reason for them to not of had the part to me last week. except ignorance and lazyness. |

I use Akira from Rise Performance in Vancouver for overseas stuff. Awesome dude, price matches / beats. Always answers emails.
Daryl is good but he is only a guy who lives in Japan and buys the part and then sends it to you. He isnt a dealer. Use Adam at FEAST or NEWARA for true english dealers. There is another one but i dont remember who it is. Daryl is a reseller. Not a dealer. |

I get the best deals.
But greg had found an amazing deal on something identical to the nismo twin.
After having ordered a butt load of parts over the last few months i know i would be making a thread like this as well if something i needed was not on the way. |

ive dealt with akira from rise performance in the past, and ill continue to deal with him since he answers his email with proptly.
for the exact same item, adam from feast was $10 cheaper then akira, but with shipping and all, it was basically the same price. daryl on the other hand wanted $40 more then akira, so he charges the most for just about anything, and i still have shipping on top of that |

| i contacted akira and his responses were quick and thorough, although he wasn't able to compete with the price i found my clutch for i will use him in the future. i guess good customer service is still out there. there is hope for humanity. |
