Since drifting has been cancelled I may make it out for this, although since I've booked the weekend off work already I'm tempted to make my first trip to the lake in five years.

I would love to show you how a stock SRT8 (not RT or SE or SXT mind you...) can handle on the track. "Boat" as you call it... haha go drive your little DK car - FAG!
In all seriousness though, I wouldnt' want to take it to the track, as I JUST replaced the damned front tires (great deal I got, $735 installed...) after replacing the back ones... $450 installed....
I have better things to spend the money on, such as gas used when flying past your car as though it were standing still - as though we'd race - instead of, as per conversation, rubber needed/eaten during the AutoX.

OK well this is gay. I thought Stratotech was having one more event where you can rip your own car. They are not! The one where Ryan hit gravel was the last one of the year. :mad: :mad: :mad:
So autocross on the 15th, gokarts on 16th, and autocross at Garrison on 29th.
Ryan I didn't pay the deposit for gokarts but we're definitely in, so if you can bring me $106 sometime this weekend at one of the meets, :thumbup:
It's OK he's holding our spots without a deposit for now. |

The time attack is on the 29th, we are just finishing up the regulations for classing and conduct. Then I will post a link for sign up. Chromy managed to stop us from taking FTD at the NECC autocross today, I guess next time we should take some fast cars instead of the miata. ;)

I don't know what it was about today, but that was the happiest I've been leaving autox. Maybe it was the sun, maybe the company, maybe the Madame Butterfly superfast course ... all fantastic!

Thanks guys, that was a good time. Nice to meet everyone that was there. Made it back to Whitecourt fine, felt the "new" front tire when I got home and it was definitly warm. Need to do something about that.
