I want to start Edmonton Ricers.
The rules will be:
1. You need to have at least a 16" wing
2. Your exhaust db level must be proportionately 5 times greater than your HP level at any rpm.
3. Need at least 3 decal from manufactures for stuff you don't have, the more decals the higher rank you can get in the club.
4. Need at least Neon tubes or otherwise illegal lighting mods.
5. Big flashy rims is a bonus, but steelies with aftermarket hubcaps are acceptable - No Stock rims (unless steelies with non-stock hubcaps) |

Skittlz, use the program called SUPER, it's a video encoder that's free and does all kids of stuff.
I saw one of the guys with the red lexus on big wheels in hawrelak, and he was trying to hit on my girlfriend from the car while he was cruising by slowly, and she was laughing her ass off at him.
