| yeah i just drove to lethbridge to look at one and i thought it was good, for $4000 btu with everything that was missing inside and all the mechanical stuff wrong with it turned out to be a waste of time. Might end up with a grand prix or something else this winter :( |

I have a 92 Talon AWD....has about 225km on it, but just redid essentially the whole top end. Timing belt, cam seals, valve cover gaskets, eveything that could leak. Just had the inspection done, I've got one tie rod end to replace....other than that it passed with flying colours.
Getting it tuned and tested (I think it has either a TPS issue or a vac leak) at the the shop now. Engine is Bone stock, no mods at all. Some suspension mods from previous owners (Looks like Koni Adjustables, but once I have it up I'll make sure, sits about 1" low) Only rust is at the front edge of the wheel wells of the front fenders. Interior is complete and everything works.
I'll probably be looking at a tiny bit more than what you're offering, depending on how well it all turns out. I'll start a FS thread when it's all done, but at least know there are some Talons out there that haven't been trashed... |
