Eagle Talon's aren't imports.
Built in Normal, Illinois, and Eagle was an American Company.;)

It's a Mitsubishi design, Mitsu engine. The only reason it was built as an Eagle was so they could sell them in the U.S. |

They sold Eclipses alongside Talons from 1990 to 1998.

Actually Japan and Europe got some of the most oddball versions of the 1st Gen Eclipses ever.
Japan got the Gullwing Eclipses.
Germany got the Targas. |

SAE correction is bullshit on forced induction vehicles, read the SAE paper already. I always thought you were an intelligent guy.
If I were to guess @ a WHP # on Subracing's AWD Mustang 500 DE dyno without any weather correction, I would say ~600 WHP, give or take 5%.

as for the dsm's not a fan of the gullwing but the targas look sweet. looks more like a plymoth laser to me though than a talon. |
