I dont know if any of you have gone to the rivervalley to walk, run, bike, or blade, but there are SO many people there lately!
I went with Furious D there and we coudlnt stop gawking at all the beautiful ladies going by :P .....Anyways, I hate to say it but Darren got schooled by this one chick who could blade like ME for heaven's sake! lol.....

LoL, my friend made the mistake of taking a hill much too steep for his experience. Fell on his ass and his track pants disintegrated, his girlfriend was waiting at the bottom of the hill after falling herself. He tore a ton of skin off of his ass and leg, could hardly sit down for a week.

I wonder what hill he was referring to? there's this one hill with a sharp turn that this one chick went on and i couldnt beleive she made the turn.... :o *sigh* im in love.....all i was seeing was some nice ass all over the place lolol.... :wub:

Thats what a "T Stop" is for :)
I took the brakes off my blades.. havent used it in years! hockey stops arent all that bad tough.. just needa get your foot at the rigth angle..

Yeah, I'd do it that way, but it kills your wheels so fast it's just stupid, especially bringing my big ass to a stop. Those little bastards aren't cheap either.....at least my abec-7's are holding up well though, should last a few sets of wheels!

I have a set of older ABEC 5's.. the real blackhole racing kind, and they have lasted forever! with the right mantenence and lubrication, they shoudl outlast your blades :)
Cleaning them is simple, I can write something up if ya like..

I wish I bladed more.. unfortunatly my area sucks ass, and nobody I know wants to go :)
I used to bike 26km every day, and rollerblade for atleast another hr or so.. since ive owned a vehicle Ive gotten lazy :)
Looks like ill have to look thru my sets of bearings for all the other kinds.. most of its the same tho.. Ill take some pictures and write something up soon.. peice of cake for you DIY'rs...
