Theres a cylinder in the middle of each respective cup. This cylinder is filled with water. As he pours the white liquid into the next cup it goes past the top of the cylinder thats filled with water and using simple volumetric math, the cup is filled.
Notice how clear the white liquid gets from the start of the video and towards the end?
And as for the cylinder in the last jug. Notice how many times the opening of the jug is taken out of the picture. |

i dont know why he would use milk instead of a clear liquid?
the milk getting diluted really gives it away |

It's not milk, there is some sort of powder that you can see isn't mixed in completely in the first couple pours.
Plus a clear liquid would make it more obvious that the cylinders are in there. I'm guessing the extra white powder was there so that it would mix in when he poured it into the larger glasses. |
