hey guys, got an xbox from a pawn shop, every game i put in says "disc is dirty or damaged" even if its a new game...did a search on google, apparently i need to replace the dvd rom, does anybody have a spare, or can fix for me?? I can get Halo 2 to work, but only if i turn the xbox on 2hrs in advance so it warms up lol. Thanks

I bought mine at a pawn shop, the pro one almost a yr ago now for 270 dollars instead of 499. spent another 20 on a 30 day warranty incase something happened to it, and its worked perfect ever since.
