Sad but true, ain't it the truth. Just look at all the people that are selling their RHD vehicles. People are just not meant to drive RHD in a LHD country. I'm not saying it can't be done safely, but it wasn't meant to be.

When does everyone put their 2 away for the winter? If at all possible, it'd be great to get a few guys out just before the end of dry roads to see a few of your cars and to meet a few of the guys in this club.

liquidlimit
mines been stored since july
:)

DesmoDoe
Really? Why so early?

BTW, does anyone take the risk of winter driving and if so how do you find it? I'm sure if I want to risk it or not, kind of just waiting to see how the car handles first of all before I make any decisions. (I have a car that I can winter drive just in case)

huntsean
My 1985 handles great in the winter, mostly because of rear wheel drive coupled with the mid-engine design. I'm sure that yours would be quite similar, even with it being a larger automobile. It's somewhat like having front engine, front wheel drive I would imagine. All you have to worry about would be your car rusting.

Well she's here. It's in great shape. I'm getting the OOP done on Thursday. I can't wit to get it on the road!

SilverFire
See you at United Cycle friday? I'm sure we'd all like to see it!

DesmoDoe
Not this Friday, I have to work. But defiantly next. What time do you guys usually start to meet up?

huntsean
Meets start around 9pm.

SilverFire
Figures. I'm off to Lashburn that weekend. Oh well, I'll see it eventually. Got any pictures you can post?

DesmoDoe
Here's a few pics before it was imported and then some I took in my garage one night. I'll get some better one's up soon.
