| So I've been super-clogged in the head ever since going back to work, it really hit me on Wednesday but I'm still continuing my workout routines.<p>I usually feel less congested and abit better after working out but is this detrimental to my health? |

| I've been feeling pretty crappy too, and I actually read that if you work out it could potentially slow down your healing. But could have been a bad source. |

| GEEZ, stay in bed and rest. Your workouts will not be affective (you have no energy) and the damage you do to your body will only slow down your healing process.<p>That's my experience anyway. |

| Late night with some friends.<p>But yeah I agree man, rest. <p>Although I still going hadcore on exercise. My legs hurt tho. I'm also on drugs for the cold (Sudafed) |

| yeah..i tried to work out too...got more sick. everyone in med and sports med keeps telling me to rest when you're sick or else it'll take FOREVER to get well. |
