nice cars.. good luck on the search, tried talkin to the parts guys at Norden or the V.W Air Rider's Club? They're both the nicest ppl I know and would be willing to divulge a LOT of info

cracker check your inbox, the vr6 motor from the mkIII is a bit similar, i hope it helps just a little

I'm thinking of buying a '95 gti (golf) and I've done some research and alot of drivin.

The car is sporty luxury ride, very nice and fast to boot!

vr6 is a 2.8L narrow angle V6, 15 degrees in between cylinder banks, 172 horse@5800, 173 ft/lbs torque @ 4200. Excellent power to weight ratio, stock form runs mid to low 15's in 1/4 mile
