Sorry Cody,
We are concentrating on purging the shop right now for all the upcoming winter projects and are not answering many calls and stuff.
It looks like a melter piston to me.... Looks like a lean mixture problem. Detonation will usually sraight take a chunk out of the ring lands not really blow a hole straight through like that.
Have you got the rest of the pistons out yet? It would be nice to see if there is any indication on the other cylinders of the lean condition or if it was a single cylinder issue.
