how many cylinders in a..... - Click HERE for Original Thread

Mekanik22
Hey guys. This may be a retarded thing to ask, but how many cylinders in a B18? How many in a H22? Lastly, is an H22 not often used in a civic because it's too heavy? Thanks guys. Oh yea, and how much does an H22 weigh?

H22_TURBO
LOL, both 4 cylinders

Nightstalker
They both have 4 cylinders.. the H22 comes from a prelude, then B18 comes from a intergra. If you need information about civics you should check out the civic club ..

What are you building the car for ? it makes a big differance in what you should use..

Something tells me you need to do alot more research before you look into buying some sort of swap.....or any parts for that matter. Some of these shops will take your wallet for a ride if you don't even know that these engines are 4 cyl's.

jk dude, and yeah, you should really read up on this kind of stuff before a shop rips you a new asshole

Praylewd powr
I was told my H22 civic was a V8........or maybe that it ate up V8's.

Oh well, can't remember.

Other than the laughs at me, thanks for your infos.

We're not trying to laugh at you, just be careful because "some" shops take advantage of the unknowing customer. Thats why it's my practice that when I go into a shop to look at a product I do as much research as possible and hopefully will know more about the product than the shop keeper which should cut down on the bullshit.
