I been goin thru jobs left and right. Worked for Ming and Zbart what a couple of joke places to work or get work done at. I was mortified to see what these guys get away with and how they treat customers. They make promises and do not keep them. Power polishing and interior cleans from Ming were a joke and they also paint bumpers doors ect... I can do a better job wiith crayons.... Why is the mentality of these places "Fuck the customer?" Needless to say these places did not meet my values in work environment or treatment of employees and especially mistreatment of the people who pay for shit jobs , the poor customers.

You just pop up at random Mark. I hope you've found a job you can enjoy. Maybe you should call up Zahir at ZR auto and offer up your detailing skills. I'm sure you'd love working on those machines and they would love your attention to ... well ... detail, no pun intended. You're obviously passionate about what you do, so why not work on cars that the owners and you are passionate about as well.
Hope things work out better in the future dude. You'll find a place you like eventually. |

I could've told anyone to stay away from Ming, like the plague. About 10 years ago I took my Prelude there for a paintless dent repair and the owner's son worked on my car. Well, he fixed the dent but caused other damage to my car in the process and lied about it.
I never went back. |

that guy has a 30MIL$ house on the top of the riverbank facing hawrelak(sp?) park. my gf's dad knows him, hes not even in canada... |

Same pecker head pushin dents too. He (owners son) was my boss and what an asshole. All he does is paintless dent repairs. Hes rough with peoples autos like I mean he drags equiptment tears out headliners like a ruffian and smokes while standing in the door jam door wide open. These people just dont have respect for other peoples things. They tell people there paint protection is unique only one of a kind and last for years. Lies , the product is out of date and only last for several months if properly cared for and requires bi anuall or anuall reapplication. The polish method they force you to use is in my opinion was a joke. It did very little different to the paint and swirls the fuck out of it too. He was a fuckin slave driver too , I spent an entire morning 3 hours straight polished 4 cars and took a break. He swore at me like as if I was lazy "What we payin you too stand around and smoke!?!" all I said to him was "What Im not allowed to take breaks?" Man I wanted to pop him in the head for that comment. I swear these people just love rusty cacks cus they sure like to fuck peoples asses.

Welcome back.
Why not go self employed? Work out of your garage and work your network and contacts. I am sure you will be up and running in no time. :D
If things go well, save your money then after x number of years try to buy out Ming or Ziebart or both and then fire the guys if they are still working there. :D

Your right but I was exaggerating a bit. The main thing for why I been so reclusive is cus I am in deep depression. I have no social life cus of it. One of these days Mike I will reintegrate or however you spell them fancey city talk words.
