I had an alright job at a RV Dealership but they were only nice untill they discovered I couldnt work late with only 5 minutes notice. Needless to say I said no and the guy swore at me. I swore back infront of the whole shop who stood there quietly. He made an example of me by firing me infront of the whole shop telling them I was a joke and a poor worker. I later discovered that another detailer was feeding the company lies to make more money than me.

When I went to pick up my last paycheck one of the detailers was scraping off water based marker from the paint on a trailer right to the metal(Same one who fed the boss lies). Another detailer asks me how to get that off so I licked my thumb whalla gone. I kept in touch with the young guy who asked me and he informed me that after I was let go they had to repaint over 30 trailers cus of the guy who basically got me fired.

Im not bitter towards the RV company they got what they deserved. And to think they pay that guy $18 an hour ROFL!!

I kind of had a similar experience. I got suspended from work for going home when there were no jobs. A rush job came in the day I went home. They got someone else to make the parts. I lost out on three days pay. It ends up that the guy canceled the order, and one of the rushed parts failed inspection hard-core. And they ended up not being "rush" at all.

employers that treat their employees like crap ultimately get hooped in the end.

loyal employees are the best asset any company could have, this is even more true given our current employment situation in edmonton.

Fired you because you couldn't work late? That's not someone you want to be working for.
