| how much would you charge for a job like that? i dont find it that common to see an entire car stripped of paint, usually just light scuff before paint |

I know for my paint/color change it was just over $7,000. Its not cheap to do a complete color change.

i cant disclose the price i gave him because he was a friend in need and low on cash. but if any one is looking in to a piant job i am running completes with minimal body work with just a respray and no color change starting at 3 grand and over depending on size and materials needed. im not to fond of doing color changes but i'll start my price on color changes at 4 grand and up.
i dont really do rust unless its minor surface rust. i wont touch anything thats rotting right through the pannel. also because i cant gaurantee something like that wont come back eventually.
thanks for the compliments guys.

i didnt strip the car of all the paint. its just sanded down where the body work and rock chips were and any other inperfections. and sanded down to 180 grit where the car needed primer.
after it was blocked down with 220 grit and then sanded over the entire car with a 400 grit, sealed, base, clear and then baked. |
