Ok, this isn't my ride, it belongs to a buddy of mine, but he's got a complete lack of internet, so i'm doing the legwork. I'll have pics in the next couple days. He just fell in love with a new project (CRX) and wants to drop some money into that instead.

Alright, enough with the blather.

On the block today is the following.

One Red 1987 RX-7 GXL, with a few perks as follows...

-- Factory optioned user adjustable sport suspension that from my understanding still functions true and correct.

-- Rebuilt n/a 13B, rebuilt and stored, minimal mileage since.

--Moonroof (refuses to moon, likely an electrical gremlin), as well, window switch on passenger side is intermittent but that window is operable via driver's switch.

-- Unriced. No fart cannons, no window tint, no gaudy aftermarket rims, spoilers, or vinyl. Basically clean as a whistle save the replacement of stock seats with some electro-lumbar seats out of a fox body that he liked more for the comfort factor and a cone filter which can be put back to stock if you'd like. The unit also has a set of VERY shiny factory mazda wheels. Sharp lookers IMHO.

--Very VERY clean interior. And I mean shiny. Well, a bit of dust given the rural location, but shiny and clean.

-- Clean bill of health. Both he and I work for the service department of a Mazda dealership (have for some time now), and the tech who gave it the once over indicated that the slave cylinder for the clutch was seeping a bit. We have the part on hand and as I understand it can be replaced with relative ease.

-- Paint and body type stuff: Some fade (tis an 87, showroom condition is hard to come by). Not much in the way of scratches or dents, very very little rust if any, and a brand new windshield to boot.

That's all I can think of right now. I'll get some photos together over the weekend and fix any mistakes I've made in descriptions and soforth. Odometer reading forthcoming as I don't remember the exact figure.

The car is a decent purchase, it hauls ass, and on that note can also quite reliably haul said ass from A to B. If it weren't for my buddies obsession with cheaply made CRX power I doubt he'd be selling this RX, but since he is, someone might as well take it...

Prices are negotiable, lowballs is lowballs and reasonable is reasonable. Both will be looked at equally.

If you have any questions just PM.

Thanks for your time.

I was just out last night to do just that, but, someone ambushed me with a bottle of scotch, by the time we'd finished that we missed the boat on pics, will get some today though.

Honestly I'm not the biggest powerhouse of knowledge when it comes to import units of this vintage. I just know it purrs and rips :)
