| Is it worth it. I think i will be [aying aorund 400$ for it. Is it worth it or should i just take the test. Anyone see a major increase in insurance? |

| I never took DT and my insurance is 3200 a year, with no accidents or tickets, and i drive a big old chevy truck :wacko: |

| it means something when you're signing up for insurance, not a whole hell of a lot but good for 10% off! same with being a honor student and driving a honda (they feel sorry for handicapped ppl :P) LOL j/j j/j ;) |

Here's what I figure the best way to do it is.... You go take your drivers test and pass, then sign up for driver training... :)
I saved tons on insurance w/ driver training, good student discounts, etc....
Then I saved on driver training by already having my drivers license... nearly 25% of the cost of dt :)
IMO, If you think you can pass a road test, go try it out, then take the driver training as you'll save yourself more money on the class and insurance... oh and you save time too b/c you don't have to take a full driver course b/c you already have your license... |
