No theyre not.
In fact, the dude i bought my car off told me he payed a 94 GT ECU 200 bucks at a wrecker.(DJDudka PM him and ask him if you want hes a frequent on here). its the ECU he fried trying to install in my car before he installed it in case you wanna get specific with him.
I also checked ebay.including shipping, waiting time, and considering the unknowness of the ecu going into your car, my 70 bucks rocks the 120 youd pay for an unknown on ebay.
Plz check for yourself.
And when i was looking for an ecu for my probe, i would have gladly payed 70 to drive twenty minutes to go pick it up, knowing that if i went home and installed it and it didn t work i could call the guy up and find out whats up.
ima probe owner too man i know my pricing.Lets consider how lucky youd have to be to come across one locally anyways, like timmmie said the ECU was gone from the wreckers i check all the time anyways...so this probe musta been there no longer than a week...
i have a guy on probetalk ready to buy it for 100 shipped to cali if timmy doesnt want it anyways so.... |

| haha i payed 25 for mine at the west end pick ur part and that was 2 weeks ago. i dont think they are gonna change the prices of an ecu from a frist gen to a second gen, and yes it still beats buying it from the dealer ship. 70 just seems a little pricy but the are harder to come by, supply and demand i guess, |
