| 1 cup dry oatmeal with 3 tablespoons of microwaved light peanut butter! _mmmm!<p>only for breakfast since the peanut butter is high in fat still. but it's good for you in the morning as it contains many essential fatty acids or commonly referred to as EFA's.<p>1 pack (typical size-whatever that is. _haha) boiled extra lean ground beef. _drain. _rinse. _pan fry with 1 pack of tacotime taco seasoning. _mix with steamed white rice in a 70/30 ratio (beef/rice). _ add 1 can of corn or mushrooms or whatever you like. _<!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.asianet.ca/images/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo--><p>and don't try to eat this in one sitting. hehehe. <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.asianet.ca/images/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo--><p>i'll think of others later. _got work to do. _lol.<p>CYA<p>(Edited by CYA at 4:24 pm on Jan. 3, 2002) |
