I work construction now and we hire dump trucks to haul asphalt for us, I wouldnt have a problem hauling for my company next season but in a weird situation that I did have a problem there must still be work out for hauling shit eh?

All construction companies? Gravel, Asphalt, Snow, Dirt?

What do you think?

I will indefinatly do research before but this is the start of it I guess, then I call companies.. Lots to keep me busy?

Thanks Very Much

Andrew

I have had similar thoughts and it all comes down to MONEY!
Dump trucks are parked till it snows or if it's just a trailer dump then the tractor is hauling pipe or vans all over.
There's alot to it but you gotta know paper work and have an accountant and all that jazz.

Get yourself a Class 1 & buy a Gravel truck. You'll be working all the time, like all of the other greasy gravel truck driver.

If you get a tractor with an end dump for summer, you could most likely get on as a leased operator pulling heavy crude in the fall/winter/spring...lots of oil hauling companies do this.
