| i'm renting a townhouse and was wondering if anyone knows if i'm allowed to install satellite? is it up to the condo board or is this up to the landloard? there's nothing in the lease about it... i want to bolt the satellite to the roof/roof ledge |

Talk to the landlord. Its up to the owner of of the property.
